Hotel Soleil Pacifico - Puerto San Jose

The black sand beach is fine, and the pools had plenty of activities for the kids. I loved the hammock area for relaxation. We really enjoyed the fine sunsets over the ocean, especially with the nearby tiki bars providing drinks.

The location was marvellous and beautiful, just 5 min walk from San Jose Beach. I needed 5 minutes on foot to get to the downtown. The room I stayed in was modest and clean, it had 2 double beds. There was great food, the staff was very nice.

Working on aspects like payment communication could ease guest frustrations!!! It's disappointing to face issues like delayed housekeeping service!!!

This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely spa ensure a comfortable stay. I fondly recall when the staff helped me return my forgotten headphones. I recommend enjoying a massage, it's a must! I'm coming back for a city break.

The beach and pools are gorgeous! I loved the feeling of soft sand under my feet while soaking up the sun, and those vibrant sunsets stole my heart. Breakfast? Delicious! It gave us the perfect start to each day, paving the way for our adventures ahead.

The breakfast was delicious , and the outdoor area was beautifully landscaped with tropical plants. We even enjoyed a great massage at the wellness center. The staff was friendly and seemed dedicated to keeping the common areas immaculate.

The buffet-style breakfasts were good, with signature meats that impressed the entire family. While the beach and pools offered amazing views and access, the condition of the resort was concerning. Peeling paint and old mattresses needed attention. Wi-Fi did not function in the rooms as advertised, a letdown given the hotel's price point. Dining options leaned toward the pricier side, as they seemed to lead guests to the buffet rather than encouraging the a la carte menu.

Just a nice choice for a getaway in Chulamar with very good value for money. The beach area was really nice.

Got a simple room with a balcony and 2 twin beds, plus a main bedroom. It's close to the beach and Guatemala 🏖️, as well as near the capital city.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and its location right in front of the beach. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast offered a good variety.
